It's 6 a.m. Sunday morning--I've been up a couple of hours now. I was organizing my desk when I found a paper with blog addresses for [some of] my children. Since I'm not on anyone's friend list other than Shannon's, I decided to look on the blogsites I have to see if anyone is writing. I found the following:
Buzz & Jenn's last one was March, 2010; Joni's was in 2007; Carlie's was May, 2012; Katie's was July, 2009. Nothing for Dirk or Amy. And sadly, I've never made a posting. There was a cool "exercise" blog that had comments by several of you, and was, ironically, in the "ChattyCathi blogspot, but I knew nothing about it, and it was all back in 2009 too.
Well anyway, I sat there reading your [old] blogs and realized how much I love hearing about your lives--you guys write really well you know...very entertaining. I love getting Shannon's every couple of weeks.
You know how handicapped I am with the world of information; i.e., I don't know how to put pictures in a blog, list my friends (I have so many, mind you), or even respond to your blogs within the blog (ask Shan--I just have to do an email reply), but perhaps with a little help from all of you I could make a feeble attempt--who knows, maybe we could get Amy and Dirk on the bandwagon too. So I'm throwing this little blog out to see if it gets a response--doubtful, since it's been a while since you've publicly posted. But wishing you all a good Sabbath and expressing my love and confidence in all of you.
